Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds on downloaded items. However, if you receive a file that is damaged in any way, we will happily supply you with a new link. You are always guaranteed of receiving your download purchased from our shoppe.

After purchasing an item at Two Little Pixels, a download link will appear in the My Account area once your payment is received. If you use PayPal, your link will usually appear immediately.

If you are paying via Direct Bank Deposit, your order will be processed and your download links activated once the deposit has cleared, and this will usually take 4-5 business days.
